About the Role
The Coordinator, People Services role is responsible for providing operational and administrative HR support across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring a high-quality employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Working closely with HR Business Partners, People Services, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders, the Coordinator, People Services ensures HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and employment legislation across ANZ. This role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and HR projects that support organisational growth and employee engagement.
What You Will Deliver
- Coordinate employee employment contracts, onboarding activities, transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Process employee data changes, personnel files and records within HR systems
- Support system testing and implementation activities where required
- Provide overall recruitment & talent acquisition support
- Manage onboarding & employee experience process
- Own learning & development administration
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related enquiries
- Provide guidance on HR processes, policies, and procedures
- Escalate complex issues to HR Business Partners or specialist HR teams
- Support remuneration review and performance cycle administration
- Coordinate invoicing administration
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, Psychology, or related field
- 2+ years' experience in a Human Resources, People Services, HR Administration, Recruitment Coordination, or Shared Services role
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, and handling confidential information
- SuccessFactors experience desired
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel capability
- HRIS platforms working experience (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors or similar)
- Experience supporting both Australia and New Zealand employee populations
- Talent acquisition coordination experience
- Exposure to payroll, learning administration, or HR reporting
- Experience working within a regional or multinational organisation.
