Title:  Specialist, Distribution Center Operations

Job Summary

Oversee daily Value-Added Services operations to deliver high-quality services to clients while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

General Responsibilities

• Support daily operations to ensure alignment with company policies, standard operating procedures, and GMP requirements.
• Work with team to plan and execute repackaging, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion meeting client requirements.
• Assist in managing contractors, including KPI reviews, vendor evaluation to support service delivery expectations.
• Prepare and maintain the necessary documentation for repackaging activities.
• Participate in audit, reviewing and suggesting improvements to quality, safety, and standard operating procedures.
• Liaise with clients on operational matters, inquiries, and requests, and escalate issues to management when appropriate.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Around 3 – 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related area.
• Exposure to Value-Added Services operations is an advantage, but not essential.
• Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards will be an advantage
• Experience with SAP is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
