Title:  Assistant Supervisor VAS Operations

General Responsibilities

• Manage inventory: Conduct stock-takes and prepare reports to monitor material levels.
• Support operations: Prepare materials on time for repackaging jobs to meet operational needs.
• Ensure compliance: Follow and enforce repackaging instructions, especially for regulated pharmaceutical products.
• Perform inspections: Check starting materials, packaging materials, repacked products, and CoA according to SOPs.
• Quality control: Carry out in-process checks, final inspections, and ensure proper line clearance during repackaging.
• Team & reporting: Plan and manage redressing schedules, supervise and motivate the VAS team to ensure smooth schedule, while reporting issues and supporting audits and projects

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Hands-on experience in repacking operations, production line supervision, or schedule planning is an advantage.
• Strong skills in stock counting and inventory management, with proficiency in computer systems (e.g., Excel, warehouse management systems) for reporting purposes.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a small team, including planning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and maintaining team motivation.
• Diploma in Logistics, Science, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards is an advantage.
