Title:  Assistant, Transportation & Delivery

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day domestics transportation operations
• Coordinate transport schedule to ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure all daily tasks comply with relevant regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Report any incidents, stock loss or compliance issues to supervisors
• Analyze the transport process and provide suggestions to enhance productivity and minimize costs
• Act as a key point of contact for customers and vendors, handling delivery inquiries, complaints, and billing validation
• Establish and maintain effective communication with vendors, customers and suppliers for optimum delivery to customers

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE level or above
• Minimum one to two years' experience in similar role
• Basic knowledge in warehousing, distribution, transport, inventory and supply chain processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Alternative work on Saturday
