Job Summary

As the Sales Support Specialist, you will manage quote requests, track pricing data, and maintain accurate CRM records. Based in Markham, Ontario, you will coordinate with account managers, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth sales operations that support business growth across DKSH North America.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key connection point between customers, suppliers, account managers, and internal teams
  • Manage sample and quote requests, providing timely updates and tracking progress
  • Create and maintain reports on quotes, samples, sales performance, and strategic projects
  • Keep CRM data current, including call reports and project milestones
  • Support pricing activities, inventory checks, and supplier communications
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on slow-moving, expired, or damaged inventory
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and distributing marketing materials
  • Participate in team meetings and assist with trade show coordination as needed

Your Profile

  • Experience handling customer inquiries and coordinating between Sales and Operations; at least 1 year of prior experience in a similar Sales Support or Customer Service role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP (SD Module) and Salesforce experience preferred
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Effective problem-solving skills for order and delivery issues
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
