Job Summary

As the Customer Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional customer support and ensure smooth order and logistics operations. Based in Markham, Ontario, you’ll be an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative Customer Service team for DKSH North America.

General Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order processing, including entry, fulfillment, and invoicing
  • Verify pricing and purchase order details, resolving any discrepancies with customers
  • Coordinate with warehouses and logistics to ensure accurate and timely shipments
  • Handle customer communications, updates on delivery timelines, and route inquiries internally
  • Maintain service excellence by reviewing system reports and collaborating with internal and external partners

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, vendors and sales teams
  • Strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented
