Title:  Service Engineer

General Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of service sales/solutions target
• Identify and create new opportunities and work with sales / service leaders and account teams (where applicable) to continuously increase prospect and opportunity funnel
• Conduct on-site installation and commissioning of automation equipment
• Conduct training on operation, setup and maintenance of equipment at site
• Provide after sales technical and support activities of equipment
• Conduct product application testing for customers
• Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives (solution provider)
• Identify emerging markets and market shift while fully aware our product/ client and competition status
• Update pipelines and status weekly to department

Functional Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experiences in SMT, Semiconductor or Automation Machine
• Has experience in trouble-shooting electrical control
• Will be able to travel overseas on short notice
• Able to work independently, possesses initiative & able to work well in a team setting
• Has good communication skills

Education

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics
