Title:  Senior Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and create new opportunities and work with sales / service leaders and account teams (where applicable) to continuously increase prospect and opportunity funnel
• Support the achievement of service sales/solutions target.
• Conduct on-site installation and commissioning of automation equipment
• Conduct training on operation, setup and maintenance of equipment at site
• Provide after sales technical and support activities of equipment
• Conduct product application testing for customers

Job Requirements

• Experience in trouble-shooting electrical control
• Able to travel overseas on short notice
• Able to work independently, possess initiative and able to work as a team
• Have good communication skills
• Service, PM, Qualification and Repair GC, GC/MSD, HLPC, RRLC & CTC of Agilent Technologies.

Education & Experience

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Scientific Instrumentation and GC‑MS/MS (Tandem)
• Strong GC, GC-MS, and GC-MS/MS experience
