Title: Assistant Sales Manager

The Assistant Sales Manager supports in driving business growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence within the SCE business line. This role requires strong technical knowledge of semiconductor components and applications, excellent customer relationship management, and the ability to support strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within relevant industry segments (e.g., electronics manufacturing, automotive, industrial, IoT).
- Conduct market research on semiconductor trends, competitors, and pricing.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
Account Management
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Provide product recommendations and technical support aligned with customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow up on orders and deliveries in partnership with sales administrator
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g order processing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution.
Technical & Product Support
- Present semiconductor products, specifications, and applications to customers.
- Work closely with product specialists and engineers to support evaluations, samples, and product demonstrations.
- Stay updated on new technologies, semiconductor industry developments, and product roadmaps.
Operational Support
- Assist the General Manager/Sales Manager in day-to-day sales operations, including documentation, pricing approvals, and CRM updates
- Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and business review meetings.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and business reviews.
- Update in company’s related system e.g SalesForce to update the sales activities, sales leads, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor sales, electronic components distribution, or related technical sales roles
- Strong understanding of semiconductor products (e.g., ICs, sensors, microcontrollers, power devices)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms
- Experience working with semiconductor principals or distributors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand technical specifications
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and provide value-added support
- Able to travel as required for customer meetings and events
