Job Summary

Manage and monitor the Supply Chain functions (inbound and outbound) to support Business Unit growth, operational efficiencies and service standards

General Responsibilities

• Job summary:
  Manager of system management is responsible for implementing, integrating, and optimizing SCM entire systems. The manager oversees HEC and CG using SAP S4 + EWM + WM + modernization + TMS + other related program. To successfully carry out his missions, he must take into account the system excellence, while being able to anticipate changes and assess their impact.
  
  1.Manage new client onboarding process
  2.Manage team to fulfill Master data management, System management
  3.Build up Superuser program
  4.New system implementation include WMS / TMS / others
  5.Drive system optimization and automation system implementation

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrate working understanding of supply chain management
• Demonstrate knowledge in warehouse and transportation management systems (ideally SAP)
• Demonstrate knowledge of sales forecasting, material requirements planning and purchase order processing
• Demonstrate basic understanding of industrial engineering fundamentals and logistics solution design
• Demonstrate experience in cost control and productivity improvement initiatives
• Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
