About The Role
The Associate Director, Supply Chain Development is a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain optimization and innovation within DKSH. This role shapes the strategic direction of supply chain operations by leveraging data-driven decision-making, advanced technologies, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable and lasting business impact.
What You Will Deliver
- Systematically analyze and redesign end-to-end supply chain processes, implementing lean methodologies and automation solutions to drive productivity and operational excellence.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring the seamless adoption of new processes and technologies across the business.
- Steer the Supply Chain Development (SCD) annual project roadmap, aligning optimization initiatives with long-term business strategies while effectively managing project priorities and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional process integration to ensure supply chain workflows are consistent, aligned, and highly integrated across all business units.
- Apply Activity-Based Costing (ABC) for precise cost allocation and efficiency analysis; oversee departmental budgets, control Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Design and monitor forward-looking Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks, supported by rigorous Master Data management and high-efficiency data tracking and reporting.
- Define annual objectives and resource plans for the SCD team; champion professional development and talent pipeline initiatives to build a high-performance organization.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or logistics, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role managing large teams.
- Proficiency in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning / Extended Warehouse Management (SAP ERP/EWM), SQL, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong background in cost accounting, financial analysis, and Return on Investment (ROI) evaluation.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Full professional proficiency in English across listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
