Job Summary
This role is pivotal in optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes, enhancing cost efficiency, and implementing innovative technologies through data-driven decision-making.
General Responsibilities
1. Operational Optimization & Change Management
Systematically analyze existing processes and implement lean or automated solutions to boost productivity; lead organizational change projects to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and technologies.
2. Planning & Strategic Coordination
Steer the SCD annual project roadmap, ensuring optimization projects align with long-term business strategies while effectively managing project priorities and resource allocation.
3. Cross-functional Process Integration
Coordinate operational flow integration across functions, ensuring supply chain processes are consistent and highly integrated across various business units.
4. Cost Management & Controlling
Apply Activity-Based Costing (ABC) for cost allocation and efficiency analysis; manage departmental budgeting, control CAPEX, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
5. Data & KPI Management
Manage Master Data; design and monitor forward-looking KPI frameworks, performing high-efficiency data tracking and reporting.
6. Leadership & People Development
Set annual objectives and resource planning; responsible for the professional growth of the SCD team and talent pipeline development to build a high-performance organization.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
● Professional Experience: 6+ years in SCM/Logistics, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing large teams.
● Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP ERP/EWM, SQL, and Microsoft Project.
● Financial Acumen: Strong background in cost accounting, financial analysis, and ROI evaluation.
● Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
