Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented team player to manage order processing and customer service coordination. The role involves working closely with vendors, clients, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidates are proactive, willing to learn, and flexible with working hours during peak periods. Experience as a Sales Assistant is a plus.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain effective communication and coordination among vendors, clients, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Handle customer shipments, billing, and return/exchange arrangements, while providing excellent service through close collaboration with vendors, sales, and warehouse personnel.
  • Review and verify order details in accordance with vendor requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Proactively monitor order status, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues or exceptions.
  • Manage and maintain system data as required.
  • Provide administrative support for tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • 以良好的溝通態度,處理與協調原廠、客戶及倉庫間與訂單有關的工作事宜
  • 處理客戶出貨、銷帳及退換貨安排並與原廠、業務及倉儲同仁保持良好的溝通服務
  • 依原廠規定審核訂單資料,確保填寫正確與合規
  • 主動追蹤訂單流程,即時回應並處理異常狀況
  • 系統資料維護申請
  • 支援其他行政主管交辦事項

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Prior experience as a Sales Assistant is a plus.
  • A proactive learner with a strong desire to develop communication skills within a large organization.
  • 具備業務助理經驗尤佳
  • 願意學習,且想在大組織中培養溝通能力者佳
