Job Summary
Support operation excellence of the sales force within Commercial Outsourcing department by expertise in sales supporting system and workflow optimization.
General Responsibilities
• A strategic partner of sales force to support optimization and utilization of business supporting tools, such as Exceedra, VMM, and MedCompliance.
• An important cross-functional influencer to collaborate with many teams that do not directly sit in the same location as you, but are critical to the successful execution of your plan.
• Initiate and manage internal projects, such as introducing new internal system features or redesign internal processes to address customer and employee pain points and improve business efficiency
• Create monitoring processes and ad hoc analysis with internal stakeholders to ensure business operation is functioning well across different teams to provide good quality of service to customers.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
• Demonstrate advanced research, planning and strategic thinking skills
• Efficiency in administrative work
• Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Detail-Oriented mindset is a must
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• High emotional intelligence

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
