Job brief
• Provide proactive direction and assistants to all employees in the area of human resources and workforce development.
• Support HRBP and People Services Team for all employee life cycle movements and changes, regards to human resources policy and process.
Responsibilities
• Manage personnel e-files, the HR drive and oversee the annual audit process. Ensure that all paperwork, written documents, employment contracts, certificates are completed to the highest level of accuracy.
• Responsible for monitoring processes and check accuracy related to attendance management, clock-in-and-out status, attendance correction, overtime issues and leaves for employees.
• Provide timely HR updates, new policy by design the communication deck to employees regularly.
• Provide monthly People Services metric / HR dashboard reports and an annual analysis to support PEC cost planning.
• Develop and maintain an effective procedure for classification of positions, aligning them with the organizational structure.
• Ad-hoc support including but not limited to mobility cases, sales incentive review, etc.
Ideal Candidates:
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a HR operations, people services, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse roles.
- Comfortable working in both Mandarin and English.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Collaborative and proactive, with a positive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Open to learning and eager to share ideas and feedback.
