Title:  Senior Specialist, Project Management

About the Role
The Senior Specialist, Project Management drives key account business success by leading end-to-end testing projects, coordinating with suppliers, and securing product certifications that meet client requirements. This role plays a critical part in strengthening DKSH's key account relationships and uncovering new business opportunities through cross-functional collaboration and market insight.

What You Will Deliver
• Lead end-to-end key account testing projects by coordinating across service, supplier, and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction.
• Supervise and coach junior testing team members, providing structured guidance on project execution, problem-solving, and professional development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key account escalations, managing customer complaints and driving swift, effective issue resolution.
• Partner with suppliers to identify and implement technical improvements, ensuring full compliance with key account specifications and standards.
• Drive the application and attainment of product certifications to fulfill key account requirements and support business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new business potential and assess market demand for existing product lines.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
• Valid Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) score of 850 or above.
• Excellent proficiency in English across reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
