Job Summary

  • Mgr, Learning & Development (L&D) to drive employee development initiatives, support a culture of continuous learning and form a learning culture within organization.
  • This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, as well as supporting talent development strategies aligned with business needs.

General Responsibilities

  • L&D Strategy & Framework
    Develop and implement the learning and development strategy aligned with group business objectives, talent priorities, and organizational capability needs.
  • Leadership & Talent Development
    Design and deliver leadership, management, and functional development programs, including leader essential skills, coaching, succession planning and high-potential talent initiatives.
  • Learning Needs Analysis
    Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to assess capability gaps and translate them into practical learning solutions.
  • Program Design & Delivery
    Oversee the design, facilitation, and evaluation of learning programs using blended learning approaches (classroom, virtual, digital, on-the-job).
  • Learning Governance & Vendors
    Manage learning governance, budgets, and external vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement
    Track learning effectiveness through KPIs and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable business impact.

Job requirements

•7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR-related roles.
•Experience in a multinational corporation set-up is an advantage
•Experience as main contributor for complicated HR projects (at least one project as project leader) will be added advantage.

•Strong knowledge of training design, facilitation, and instructional methods.
•Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written in English & Chinese).
• Ability to analyze learning needs and develop effective training solutions.
•Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.

•Good communication & inter-personal skills
•Good English Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), video editing tools and familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) is a plus. (written and speaking)
•Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about employee development
•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HR, Business, Education, or a related degree.
