Job Summary
Responsible for marketing plan development, implementation form tactics & align with sales team to achieve the annual target under Code of Conduct of DKSH & IRPMA
General Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategy to achieve annual sales target leveraging local & regional resources
- Propose annual advertisement & promotional budget and implement tactics to achieve business objectives
- Engage sales team with adequate resources allocation to develop regional plans and maximize business opportunities
- Develop key opinion leaders to strengthen the engagement with targeted medical societies / associations
- Monitor market dynamics and adjust plans accordingly to anticipate future trends and increase competitive advantages
- Identify opportunities of patient journey for assigned therapeutic areas and align between local & regional resources to improve disease awareness and diagnosis rate
- Work with regional team for pipeline assessment and new product launch preparation
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the industry / market / competitors / customers
- Demonstrate knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products/services/systems and an existing network of contacts
- Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, warranties, etc.
- Demonstrate negotiation skills & advanced research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

Education
Bachelor above, major in Pharmacy or Medical Science related; MBA preferred
