Purpose of the role:
The Country CI Champion will manage and pro-actively drive the CI efforts within country and will be focused on leading improvement activity through the use of Continuous Improvement and Project Management tools to achieve assigned productivity goals.
The position is responsible for managing portfolio of ‘Action Teams’, CI initiatives and projects and also serve as a central point of contact for support on Continuous Improvement tools used in DKSH on an ongoing basis to help build a sustainable culture of continuous improvement within the Healthcare Business. 
Along with guiding Action Teams through annual productivity planning the job holder will also execute CI events and projects through the complete life cycle ensuring that they deliver expected productivity benefits on time and within budget. The individual will coach others on the value of using CI tools and processes to structure the business work in a way that raise the effectiveness, efficiency, productivity and higher satisfaction for employees, clients, customers and partners.

Responsibilities:
• Pro-actively champion the effective and correct use of CI(Continuous Improvement) tools and methodologies
• Execute Lean & Six Sigma events and projects that deliver productivity commitments made during the annual improvement planning process
• Lead the annual productivity planning efforts
• Train, coach and mentor new CI Yellow, Green and Black Belts
• Productivity and project tracking
• Continue to develop and self educate about Continuous Improvement techniques
• Provide multiple levels of CI support to the organization and gain their commitment to use continuous improvement tools and methodologies
• Share best practices across region
• Serve as a communication link with various stakeholders
