Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Analysis Intern. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our business by conducting comprehensive industrial and market research, supporting business line projects, and contributing to the execution of external and internal strategic project initiatives.

General Responsibilities

Market Research

• Develop a deep understanding of technical principles, industry value chains, and the competitive landscape
• Conduct industry trend analysis, company research, and competitor analysis

Strategic Business Analysis

• Develop frameworks to analyze opportunities and evaluate financial and operational performance
• Analyze Taiwan’s market dynamics to identify potential customers, growth opportunities, and strategic directions

Project Support

• Assist in the execution and coordination of sales growth and operational projects, such as IT implementations, client management, pricing models, and business process optimization
• Contribute to business development by providing relevant research and analysis.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to conduct structured analyses of industry trends, companies, and competitors
• Capacity to identify new business opportunities using a hypothesis-driven problem-solving approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within small teams and deliver outstanding results
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support analysis and presentations
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English

Education

Undergraduate or graduate students in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mechanical, Biotechnology or a related field.
