This role is central to building a high-performing sales team and delivering measurable business outcomes that strengthen DKSH's position in the market.
What You Will Deliver
- Lead, coach, and inspire a results-oriented sales team through clear direction, structured performance management, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build and sustain a high-performing team by identifying and developing top talent, providing ongoing coaching and recognition, and making timely decisions on performance gaps.
- Drive competitive sales growth and market share gains while maintaining disciplined management of sales and expense control targets.
- Integrate market intelligence and customer insights to support Marketing colleagues in formulating effective strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to align sales and marketing execution.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with clients and customers through win-win strategies and consistently effective relationship management.
- Analyze evolving customer needs and market trends to proactively adapt business plans and secure sustainable long-term performance.
- Ensure all sales team members operate in full compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs), legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
