Leads DKSH's Consumer Goods (CG) sales function in Taiwan, driving competitive growth, market share performance, and long-term client partnerships. This role is central to building a high-performing sales team and delivering measurable business outcomes that strengthen DKSH's position in the market.


What You Will Deliver

  1. Lead, coach, and inspire a results-oriented sales team through clear direction, structured performance management, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  2. Build and sustain a high-performing team by identifying and developing top talent, providing ongoing coaching and recognition, and making timely decisions on performance gaps.
  3. Drive competitive sales growth and market share gains while maintaining disciplined management of sales and expense control targets.
  4. Integrate market intelligence and customer insights to support Marketing colleagues in formulating effective strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to align sales and marketing execution.
  5. Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with clients and customers through win-win strategies and consistently effective relationship management.
  6. Analyze evolving customer needs and market trends to proactively adapt business plans and secure sustainable long-term performance.
  7. Ensure all sales team members operate in full compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs), legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  8. Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
