About the Role
The Executive Assistant to the Country Leadership Team plays a vital role in enabling senior leadership to operate with clarity and efficiency while advancing DKSH's sustainability and corporate initiatives. This position bridges executive support, cross-functional collaboration, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program management to deliver meaningful impact across the organization.
What You Will Deliver
• Support the Country Leadership Team (CLT) with daily operations including meeting coordination, agenda tracking, and report preparation to ensure seamless decision execution and leadership effectiveness.
• Facilitate internal communication across departments, ensuring key messages and leadership decisions are accurately and promptly conveyed to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain the company's official Line@ account, planning and publishing timely updates to drive employee and stakeholder engagement, and leveraging data insights to continuously improve content strategy and effectiveness.
• Support cross-functional projects including employee engagement programs, internal communications, and data management initiatives that strengthen organizational efficiency and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Lead the planning and execution of internal and external corporate events, including employee engagement activities, large-scale meetings, and brand initiatives, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Champion the company's sustainability agenda by leading Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs and coordinating the cross-functional Sustainability Committee, ensuring initiatives are executed in alignment with corporate strategic goals.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
What You Bring
• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support, administrative operations, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong administrative and operational skills including report consolidation and management, calendar and meeting coordination, and document processing, conversion, and integration.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute corporate and public relations events from concept through to completion.
• Familiarity with internal communication and social media platforms such as Line@ and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels.
• Foundational project management capabilities with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives forward.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
