About DKSH Management Associate Program

The DKSH MA Program is an 24‑month structured development journey designed to build future leaders.

It spans four Business Units: Healthcare, Technology, and Supply Chain Management.

Each BU recruits its own Management Associate and provides a customized rotation plan aligned with its functional requirements and talent pipeline.

At the final interview stage, candidates will be asked to submit their BU preference ranking. This information will be incorporated into the overall matching process to ensure the best fit for both the candidate and the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross‑Functional Rotations (4 rotations, 6 months each)

• Support daily business operations and improvement initiatives

• Participate in cross‑functional projects that drive business results

• Gain exposure to commercial, operational, and strategic functions

• Present rotation learnings and project outcomes to BU and senior leaders

2. Strategic Project Delivery

• Conduct market analysis, commercial planning, or customer engagement

• Work on supply chain optimization and operational improvement

• Develop data dashboards or performance reports

• Support new product launches or strategic business studies

3. Performance Evaluation & Leadership Exposure

• Receive regular check‑ins with mentors and line managers

• Participate in 360° feedback and competency-based evaluation

• Present to leadership and join reviews

• Access internal and external training programs

4. Post‑Program Placement

Upon successful completion, MAs may be placed into a critical functional role depending on performance, potential, interest, and BU opportunity.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years’ experience

• Strong academic performance
