Title: Assistant Manager / Manager, Digital Marketing

This role is responsible for driving digital engagement with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through the management and optimization of the company’s digital innovation platform (e.g., Dr. Talk). The position collaborates closely with cross-functional marketing teams across business lines to develop and execute integrated digital engagement strategies, create impactful content, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The role also oversees digital campaign execution, performance tracking, and end-to-end management of virtual events (e.g., webinars, virtual town halls) in partnership with external vendors, ensuring alignment with compliance standards and business objectives.
【General responsibilities】
A. Digital Platform Management (Dr. Talk)
• Own and manage the digital innovation platform (Dr. Talk) to drive HCP engagement, recruitment, and retention
• Continuously optimize platform performance, user journey, and content experience based on data insights
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify unmet needs and define platform enhancement strategies
• Ensure all activities comply with healthcare industry regulations and internal code of conduct
B. Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution
• Co-develop digital engagement strategies with brand/marketing teams across business lines
• Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (e.g., email, social media, display etc.)
• Develop segmentation and targeting strategies to improve conversion and engagement rates
• Implement growth initiatives such as A/B testing and marketing automation.
C. Content Development & Omnichannel Engagement
• Partner with medical, commercial, and product teams to lead the planning and development of content tailored for HCP audiences, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across all digital touchpoints
• Support development of customer journeys across the platform and other digital channels.
D. Digital Events & Vendor Management
• Plan and execute digital events (e.g., we binars, virtual town halls, online symposia)
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for event production and delivery
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality of deliverables
• Ensure seamless user experience and high engagement during events
E. Performance Monitoring & Analytics
• Track, analyze, and report performance of digital campaigns, platform usage, and events
• Define KPIs and evaluate ROI across all digital initiatives
• Generate actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and engagement strategies
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards) to monitor end-to-end customer journeys
F. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with marketing, sales, medical, and digital innovation teams to align strategies
• Support business units in developing tailored digital engagement plans
• Act as a digital expert to guide internal stakeholders on best practices and emerging trends
【Functional skills and knowledge】
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising)
• Experience managing digital platforms or ecosystems (e.g., HCP engagement platforms, CRM, or apps)
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM tools)

【Education】

【Work experience】
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
• Proven experience in digital campaign management, platform management, or growth marketing
• Experience in HCP engagement or healthcare-related digital initiatives is highly preferred
• Experience managing webinars or virtual events is a strong advantage
