General Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. This includes managing and executing business development strategies as well as proactively establishing and nurturing long-term relationship with potential key clients in line with business objectives and corporate guidance.

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
- Identify, assess, and manage business opportunities, addressing clients/customers/patients’ needs to maintain robust sales pipelines aligned with financial goals.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, analyze trends, and prepare insights to inform decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams through due diligence, negotiate contracts, facilitate client onboarding, and cultivate long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Optimize business development processes and foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance deal efficiency and effectiveness.
