Title: 【HEC】Manager, Business Development, Logistic & Distribution ( Based in Taipei)

General Responsibilities
Lead the initiation and execution of HEC Distribution(3/4PL, CTD, VAS) business development and client growth strategies in Taiwan. Cultivate enduring, lucrative partnerships with both new and established clients, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. Foster seamless collaboration between Commercial development teams and local operations.
Financial Contributions:
1. Lead the development of clients' business and marketing plans to achieve overall business objectives and profitability
2. Develop strategic client relationships for effective business planning and business growth and ensure new business aligns with current business assessment model with internal controlled process.
Business and Operational Contributions:
1. Collect market and client insight information to identify, evaluate, and manage business opportunities to come out business analysis and strategic engagement plan for execution.
2. Oversee the business integration process for new clients to ensure alignment to all relevant functions and smooth integration
3. Initiate projects and design the prototype or plan to meet clients business needs with resources and outcome evaluation.
4. Lead contract negotiation activities to drive deal closure according plans and expected timeline
5. Anticipate clients' needs and actively seek opportunities for new business of existing clients or upgrade business model with Client Management Team
Internal Contributions:
1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Local, Regional, and Global) to identify business opportunities, negotiate deals, and finalize contracts.
2. Establish long-term relationships with potential key clients/customers to enhance business opportunities.
3. Partner with internal DKSH departments and Business Units to ensure alignment of clients' business plans and effective implementation of business plans

Minimum 5 years experiences in HealthCare industry
