General Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team for result-oriented attitudes through performance management; provide clear sales direction and effective 2-way communication to the sales team
- Enables a results-oriented sales team to maximize their performance by effectively managing performance issues, guide sales managers to coach reps to elevate their performance and develop and advance top talent
- Builds a high-performance team by training and developing high quality people, providing ongoing coaching and counseling, and retaining the best talent through motivation and recognition and making tough decisions on non-performers.
- Motivates and reinforces the selling skills proficiency of team to drive sales performance
- Integrate market information for Marketing colleagues to formulate marketing strategies and work with Marketing team to develop sales strategies
- Persuade clients and customers using win-win strategies to foster long-term partnerships; develop and maintain consistently effective working relationships with them to support both current and future business activities.
- Achieves competitively superior growth and market share performance, while balancing sales and expense control targets.
- Assumes accountability for team performance, approaches issues with solution- oriented mindset.
- Analyzes changing customer needs and market trends, understands how they affect the current and future business, and responds proactively to secure long-term business performance, presenting the business plan and the required action plans.
- Ensure that each member of the sales team understands and operates in strict compliance with compliance SOPs, legal regulations, and regulatory guidelines.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrates ability to select and develop high-potential staff and maps out a clear development plan for each member of the team.
- Participates in the development of successful sales force deployment strategy.
- Sets benchmark in the sales competency for the team and has led best practice sharing among the sales force
- Demonstrates a well-thought resource planning for the team composition and allocates appropriately.
- Monitors team's SFE KPI to ensure proper and completion
- Demonstrate success in changing management and bringing team to overcome challenging situations.
- Develop solutions that can resolve problems and leverage new opportunities to achieve the clients/customers/patients' expectations
- Develop coaching skills and help the team to find development area for continuous improvement.
