Title:  【醫療 HEC】Manager, Business Insights

To improve overall Healthcare Business Unit processes and to get more efficiency and profitability, general responsibilities include:

1.    Work with business closely to validate and negotiation strategy between Finance Department and higher management level to improve account profitability.
2. Initiate business project and process improvement tasks to standardize the operation procedure to provide a robust service to customers/clients.
3. Prepare HealthCare monitoring dashboard with data analysis (including information collection, validation, monitoring, and generating reports ) to find out business insight and opportunity for strategy setting and driving further action result cross functionally.
4. Build up an effective communication platform among the functions/departments to improve the efficiency and effectiveness

Ideal candidate:

• Familiar with Healthcare industry.

• Strong numbers analysis skill
• Strong presentation skill
• Proficient on MS office word, excel, PowerPoint, SAP and other software, like Power BI
