Job Summary

Responsible for managing hospital pharmaceutical and medical device tenders, ensuring confidentiality and compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, enhancing process efficiency and customer satisfaction, coordinating with stakeholders, and updating product information in the database.

General Responsibilities

  • Conduct searches for hospital pharmaceutical and medical device tenders.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of quotations, bidding prices, contracts, and other tender-related information, while strictly adhering to company SOPs, professional ethics, and relevant bidding regulations.
  • Prepare and manage tender documents, quotations, contracts, and related materials to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
  • Support current process efficiency and propose appropriate solutions or measures to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve KPI targets.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with clients and original manufacturers on tender-related operations, fostering strong and positive working relationships.
  • Manage the database and promptly update product information in response to product changes.

  • 執行標案、報價、合約及標案相關文件,以確保其準確性和完整性
  • 配合當前流程的效率並提出適當的解決方案/措施以改善客戶滿意度和達成 KPI 目標
  • 與客戶、原廠合作協調相關標案作業及建立雙方良好合作關係
  • 管理資料庫並依產品異動即時維護產品資訊 

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Minimum of three years of experience in document management or a related field.
  • Proficient in document management systems and tools, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong numerical sensitivity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Outstanding time management abilities and a proven capacity for independent problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with tender-related regulations is a plus.
  • 具有至少三年文件管理或相關領域的工作經驗。 
  • 熟悉文檔管理系統和工具,例如Word,Excel...等。
  • 具備數字敏感度。 
  • 具有良好的溝通技巧和團隊合作精神。
