工作內容:

-客戶關係管理: 定期拜訪客戶，制定銷售策略，提案及開發餐飲原料解決方案。
-通路維護與優化: 管理現有通路，進行效益分析，實現年度業績目標。
-多元通路開發: 食品業者、工廠、經銷商等通路開發與維護。
-產品管理與推廣: 規劃產品提案，進行商品提報、送樣，並維護客戶關係。
-市場行銷與分析: 負責產品報價、展示，並進行產品特色分析介紹。
-溝通與協調: 傳達公司業務訊息、活動及產品信息，處理訂單、售後服務及客訴問題。
-財務管理: 負責帳款回收相關事宜，進行市場調查及訊息收集。
-其他事項: 完成主管交辦的其他任務，與內部及行銷團隊夥伴合作。

職務條件:
-行業專業知識: 熟悉食品業通路，具備開發新客戶的能力。
-經銷管理經驗: 熟悉進銷存管理及相關業務處理。
-行業經驗: 熟悉食品原料行業及食品飲料工廠操作模式。
-工作經驗: 至少3年以上食品業務相關經驗，有客戶基礎尤佳。
其他要求: 需要自備汽車。

Job Responsibilities:

-Client Relationship Management: Regularly visit clients, develop sales strategies, propose and implement food ingredient solutions.
-Channel Maintenance and Optimization: Manage existing channels, analyze performance, and achieve annual sales targets.
-Diverse Channel Development: Develop and maintain channels with food manufacturers, factories, distributors, and wholesalers.
-Product Management and Promotion: Plan product proposals, conduct product presentations and sampling, and maintain client relationships.
-Market Marketing and Analysis: Handle product pricing, showcase products, and analyze and present product features.
-Communication and Coordination: Convey key business information, events, and product updates, while managing orders, after-sales services, and customer complaints.
-Financial Management: Handle account receivables and conduct market research and information gathering.
-Additional Duties: Complete tasks assigned by supervisors and collaborate with internal and marketing team partners.

Job Requirements:

-Industry Expertise: Familiar with food industry channels and capable of developing new clients.
-Distributor Management Experience: Skilled in inventory management and handling related business tasks.
-Industry Experience: Knowledgeable in the food ingredient sector and the operational models of food and beverage factories.
-Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in food-related business; existing client base is a plus.
-Other Requirements: Must own a personal vehicle.
