Title:  Warehouse Pharmacist

Functional Goal

1. Registered Pharmacist for License To Operate as Manufacturer – Secondary Repacking Activities (Drugs, Medical Devices, Food and Food Supplements, Cosmetics)
2. Registered Pharmacist for Dangerous Drugs Handling – Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency
3. Responsible for the operations in Secondary Repacking Area.  He/ She will be working with the Supply Chain Team and Quality Assurance Team in ensuring the warehouse and logistics operations are compliant with the current regulations mandated by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration.

Key Tasks

1. Act as the Pharmacist in charge of DKSH Cabuyao Warehouse for drugs, medical device, food and food supplement and cosmetics.
2. Act as the Pharmacist in charge for Dangerous Drugs Handling.
3. Point Person for regulatory for authority and client audits in DKSH Cabuyao Warehouse.
4. Responsible for PDEA verification for incoming Dangerous Drugs.
5. Responsible for Dangerous Drugs Safekeeping
6. Responsible for securing Local Order Permits for Dangerous Drugs Ordered.
7. Manages and maintains end to end process for Secondary Repackaging Activities (ie. Inbound Receipt to Release of Finished repacked products in commercial, in Secondary Repackaging Area.
8. Close monitoring and submission of Key Performance Indicators for SRA.
9. Works with the SCM and QA Teams in ensuring compliance to the local regulations particularly on Good Distribution and Storage Practices.
10. Facilities training related to SRA.
11. Serves as back-up personnel to Pollution Control Officer.
12. Secures approval and presence of authorities during destruction activities

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, with valid PRC ID

At least 3 years in experience as regulatory affairs personnel

At least 3 years experience in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management, GMP and warehousing

At least 3 years experience in handling Secondary Repackaging Activities

Demonstrates leadership skills, showing ability to improve organization effectiveness and forward culture of continuous improvements
