Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our newly established Regional Order Processing Center. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about delivering operational excellence. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders while contributing to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.description here

General Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders in accordance with company policies and service level agreements.
• Validate order details, pricing, and product availability before confirmation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to resolve order-related issues.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain high data integrity in the order management system.
• Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and tools as part of the center’s startup phase.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

 Strong working knowledge of SAP and order processing relevant modules along the Order-to-Cash Workflow
 Additional languages are a plus
 Data Analytics Capabilities (Python, Excel, Power BI) are a plus
 Customer Clearance knowledge and processing are a plus
 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
 Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
 Self-Starter: Takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervision.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.

 5 or more years of experience in order processing, customer operations, or related functions.
 Experience in a startup or transformation environment is a plus.
