Job Summary
To lead, define, and execute the Country IT strategy and overall IT Operations by leveraging technology, methods, and solutions aligned with global IT direction and tailored to local business needs. The role proactively partners with Country Leadership and Business Stakeholders to enable business growth, operational excellence, digital transformation, and Market Expansion Services.
General Responsibilities
Management and Steering Services
- Sets Financial Improvement Targets for IT to reduce Net Operating Capital and operating expenses.
- Defines and executes the Country IT Strategy aligned with Global and Regional IT strategy.
- Acts as a strategic business partner to Country Leadership and Business Unit Heads.
- Ensures alignment with Global IT standards, architecture, policies, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Ensures compliance with IT licensing, audit, regulatory, and data protection requirements.
- Leads evaluation and selection of infrastructure, enterprise applications, and technologies.
- Leads research and business case development for emerging technologies.
- Defines and governs SLAs and KPIs.
- Implements IT policies, standards, and procedures.
- Provides regular updates to Country Leadership and Regional IT.
Support Services
- Leads, coaches, and develops IT staff.
- Sets performance goals and development plans.
- Conducts annual performance evaluations.
- Drives infrastructure optimization, virtualization, and cloud initiatives.
- Establishes monitoring, security, and disaster recovery mechanisms.
- Engages Business Units to translate functional needs into IT solutions.
- Implements supplier and vendor governance.
Core Services
- Monitors Quality of Service through KPIs.
- Drives continuous IT service improvement.
- Assesses and prioritizes IT project portfolios.
- Allocates resources and manages risks.
- Determines project scope (local, regional, global).
- Publishes and maintains IT Service Catalogue.
- Reviews service cost distribution and optimization actions.
Additional Duties
- Audit Representative.
- Crisis Risk Management Team (CRMT) Member.
- Maintains Country DR Plan and technical recovery procedures.
Information Duties
Internal:
- IT Business Partnering and Management Reporting.User communications on IT initiatives.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Work Experience:
- Min 3-5 years IT Management experience, ideally a people leader (experience managing 5-10 staff)
- Mandatory SAP implementation experience : FICO, MM, WM, SD, PP/QM.
- Manufacturing, Healthcare or Supply Chain industry experience preferred.
