Title: Regional Order Processing Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Regional Order Management to lead, regionalize and scale our order management operations. This is a Group-level role with high visibility, offering the opportunity to shape the function from the ground up, influence cross-market practices, and build the team as the function potentially grow in the future. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a proven track record in setting up and operationalizing order processing centers—including designing processes, implementing systems, establishing standards, and building high-performing teams.
General Responsibilities
Order Processing Operations
- Oversee end-to-end order processing activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across the region.
- Monitor KPIs and service levels and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service and external stakeholders.
Center Setup & Optimization
- Spearhead the setup of the centralized, regional order processing center, including:
- Designing and documenting workflows and SOPs.
- Selecting and implementing order management systems/tools.
- Recruiting and onboarding team members.
- Establishing governance, controls, and quality standards.
- Being accountable for KPIs showing cost-effectiveness and order processing efficiency
Process Improvement & Systems Integration
- Identify and drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with IT and other stakeholders to integrate systems and automate workflows.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Leadership & Team Management
- Build, lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 order processing specialists.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
- Manage and support internal stakeholders and communication channels to deliver best in class order processing capabilities
- Set clear performance goals and key success metrics and conduct regular reviews.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 10 years of experience in order processing or operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in a regional role
- Demonstrated success in starting up and scaling order processing functions in a B2B Environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and order management platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM or Service Management Tools is an advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
