JOB SUMMARY

 

Outbound Invoice Data Entry and Route Planner

Manages input data for outbound and invoicing into our SAP system. The ideal candidates will be highly detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and SAP functionalities. These operators will support the seamless operation of supply chain processes, ensuring accurate data entry for inventory and transactions

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

 

  1. Outbound Data Entry
  • Record and process invoices for inbound and outbound goods, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and shipping receipts.
  • Verify invoice accuracy, ensuring that amounts and quantities match with received or shipped goods.
  • Ensure timely processing of vendor and customer invoices in the SAP system for prompt payments and receipts.
  • Address any discrepancies between invoice details, purchase orders, and shipment records.
  1.  Data Accuracy & Reporting
  • Ensure all data entered into SAP is accurate and aligns with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high data integrity and check for errors or discrepancies.
  • Generate and submit regular reports on inventory, shipments, and invoices to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with any data audits and provide support for operational inquiries related to inbound/outbound shipments, inventory, and invoicing.
  1. Route Planning
  • In charge on developing daily delivery route planning and records and monitoring of outbound related transactions.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILS

  • College diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in an SAP environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and experience with inventory and invoicing modules.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, inventory control, and shipping operations.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting purposes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data entry discrepancies.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (as needed).
  • Work in warehouse conditions, including temperature variations and noisy environments.
  • May require occasional overtime or weekend work based on operational needs
