Title:  Logistics Operations Specialist

About The Role

Responsible for facilitating end-to-end logistics operations for the SG TEC and SCED business lines across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and China. Ensure effective coordination of shipments, adherence to regulatory requirements, and precise execution of system transactions to support seamless logistics processes.

What You Will Deliver

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate import, export, and overseas drop shipments (ODS) to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Handle daily email communications for SG delivery/collection/courier arrangements, shipment follow-up, and enquiries from SG and regional sales/admin teams
• For export shipments:
  • Provide quotations (based on Incoterms where applicable)
  • Prepare and share collection notes with sales admin
• Freight cost validation support: validate freight billings against approved quotations and submit to BPO with the applicable PO and GL details for posting.
• Manage RFQ process: obtain and compare at least 3 quotations before appointing forwarders
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal policies
• Coordinate permit application/checking (CCP via TradeNet) through 3rd party vendors where required
• Perform SAP transactions: update customer received date, upload POD
• Raise SPO for freight payments monthly
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistics operational issues
• Liaise with internal teams (sales, service, warehouse) and external partners (suppliers, forwarders) to ensure smooth execution
