Title: Data Analyst
Taguig, PH, PH
- Accurate and timely data encoding from various sources into designated databases and spreadsheets.
- Geolocation of customer/MD lists.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data organization, cleaning, analysis, and report generation. This includes the use of formulas, functions, pivot tables, and other advanced features.
- Performing thorough data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
- Assisting with data-related tasks as required, potentially including tasks related to GIS data if the candidate possesses such skills.
Method
The contractual employee will:
- Work closely with the Commercial excellence team to understand data requirements and project goals.
- Follow established data entry and validation protocols.
- Utilize company-provided software and tools for data processing.
- Communicate progress and any potential issues to the supervising person regularly.
Expected hours of services
40 hours per week
Expected time frame
The contractual engagement is expected to last for a period of 6 months, with a potential for review based on project needs and performance.
Qualifications:
Proficient data encoding, advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities(Lookups, Matching, Etc.), and strong data validation acuity.
The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining and improving the accuracy and efficiency of our data systems. Matching the list of MDs from BI to our list, Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a considered a significant advantage but not a requirement.
