DKSH is looking for a Key Account Manager (NSW) to champion the growth of a trusted post-procedure recovery solution across aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, and hospital channels.
This isn’t a maintenance role… it’s a growth engine role built to expand, activate, and win in market!
💡 What you’ll be driving
You’ll be at the centre of expanding clinical adoption and shaping how practitioners integrate recovery protocols into their everyday practice.
🔥 What you’ll do every day
You’ll blend clinical engagement, commercial strategy, and relationship building to:
- Grow and manage a portfolio of high-value clinical accounts
- Identify and activate new prescribers across private and public hospitals
- Build trusted relationships with surgeons, injectors, dermatologists, nurses, and clinic owners
- Deliver engaging education on clinical evidence and post-procedure recovery benefits
- Drive product adoption into standard recovery protocols and treatment pathways
- Partner with marketing on events, education programs, and engagement initiatives
- Establish strong KOL and stakeholder relationships that influence category growth
- Maintain high-quality CRM insights and territory planning discipline

- Strong medical or clinical sales experience (aesthetics, pharma, devices or hospital preferred)

- Strong commercial acumen with a growth mindset
- High CRM discipline and strategic territory planning skills
