Clinical Liaison (RN) | Maternity Leave Contract | Virtual Role

Are you a Registered Nurse looking to leverage your clinical expertise in a commercial healthcare environment while working remotely?

We're seeking an experienced and driven RN to join our team as a Clinical Liaison supporting a national Patient Support Program. In this virtual role, you'll be the key link between patients, healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical clients, ensuring patients receive exceptional support while fostering strong client relationships and program outcomes.

As the key link between patients, healthcare professionals, and pharmaceutical clients, you will play a critical role in enhancing the patient experience, driving program success, and supporting positive health outcomes.

 

What you'll do:

  • Support and educate patients throughout their treatment journey
  • Coordinate patient care and program activities
  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Partner closely with clients to ensure program success and high-quality service delivery
  • Drive positive patient experiences while maintaining compliance and clinical excellence

What you'll bring:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commercial acumen and a customer-focused mindset
  • Experience in patient support programs, specialty healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or care coordination is highly regarded
  • Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment
  • High level communication skills

 

What's on offer:

  • Full-time, 12-month maternity leave contract
  • Fully remote role, Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm
  • Sydney-based preferred, but not essential
