Job Summary
To be fully responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team achieve specific revenue targets through direct outbound calls to customers of Personal Care Business.
General Responsibilities
- constantly following work processes and standard operating procedures to meet company and customer requirements
- Execute the tele-sales strategies, selling cycles and methodologies including target customers, sales pipelines, offers, scripting, etc.
- Execute outbound calls and support Superior to improve performance, productivity and service levels
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues and complaints
- Recommend value added services by utilizing available operations and resources
- Supporting the achievement of performance targets and budgeted goals, providing detailed and accurate sales reports and forecasting
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing functions to ensure alignment in terms of promotions, pricing, campaigns, follow-up, etc.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in customer service principles and practices
- Demonstrate a working understanding of the company's products, services, marketing campaigns, etc.
- Proven experience in outbound tele-sales call centers
- Proven excellent communication skills and strong telephone manners
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken is favourable.
