Job Summary

　・LAUDA修理（冷凍機系）
　　　第一種特定製品（恒温水槽、チラー、熱媒加熱冷却循環装置）の取り扱い
　　　コンプレッサー交換、冷凍機配管部品交換（ガス溶接を伴う）など
　　　フロン/ノンフロン冷媒の調達、回収、充填、申請
　・LAUDA修理（電気機械系、配管系）
　　　基板交換、部品交換、電気通信配線等の修理整備、流体用配管の修理整備
　・LAUDA点検
　　　機械部分と冷凍機部分共に
　　　フロン排出抑制法第一種特定製品の定期点検（定格出力7.5kW以上）もあり
※いずれも据え付け場所への出張、もしくは大阪サービスセンターにて修理、メンテナンス作業となります

・LAUDA repair (freezer system)
Handling of Class 1 specified products (constant temperature water tanks, chillers, heat medium heating, cooling and circulation devices)
　　　　　　　　Compressor replacement, refrigerator piping parts replacement (involves gas welding), etc.
Procurement, collection, filling, and application of fluorocarbon/non-fluorocarbon refrigerants
・LAUDA repair (electromechanical system, piping system)
　　　　　　PCB replacement, parts replacement, repair and maintenance of telecommunications wiring, etc., repair and maintenance of fluid piping
・LAUDA inspection
Both the mechanical part and the refrigerator part
There is also a periodic inspection of the Freon Exhaust Control Law No. 1 specific product (rated output 7.5 kW or more)
*Repairs and maintenance work will be done either by traveling to the installation location or at the Osaka Service Center.

General Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Supervise technical services assignments to comply with procedures and processes
• Identify and suggest improvement initiatives to improve service quality, reduce turnaround time and optimize costs
• Assign and coordinate work assignments and resolution of critical technical and procedural problems
• Maintain service parts and tidiness of service vehicles and take corrective actions
• Check usage, consumption and availability of service spares inventory to support the service business
• Maintain and submit accurate records of preventative maintenance, installations, repairs, time, services, expenses, etc.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and customers
• Coordinate all customer queries and resolve issues in collaboration with the relevant departments

Functional Skills and Knowledge

・冷凍機および冷媒配管の修理/点検、フロンガスの取り扱い
　　（資格や実務経験については下記参照）
　・機械製品の修理（電気機械関係、配管関係）
【冷凍機の保守サービスに関する経験・資格について】
　A.実務経験を有する
　　業務用冷凍空調機器の保守サービスの実務経験（※）を3年以上有する
　　※『冷凍設備業』を行っている企業でかつ『高圧ガス販売事業所』における施工、保守、メンテナンス
　または
　B.次の資格いずれかを有する
　　高圧ガス製造保安責任者（冷凍機械一種・二種・三種）
　　冷凍空気調和機器施工技能士（一級/二級）
　　冷凍空調技士（一種/二種）
　　高圧ガス保安協会冷凍空調施設工事事業所の保安管理者（A/B/C区分）
　また
　C.第一種または第二種冷媒フロン類取扱技術者を有する
　注）A,Bに関しては
　入社後、第一種/第二種冷媒フロン類取扱技術者を習得してもらう必要あり

・Repair of mechanical products (electromechanical, piping related)

A. Have practical experience
　3 or more years of practical experience (*) in maintenance services for commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
　　*Construction, maintenance, and maintenance for a company that is engaged in the ``refrigeration equipment business'' and a ``high-pressure gas sales office''
 or
B.Have one of the following qualifications
High pressure gas production safety officer (refrigeration machinery class 1, 2, 3)
Refrigeration and air conditioning equipment construction technician (1st class/2nd class)
Refrigeration and air conditioning engineer (class 1/class 2)
Safety manager of High Pressure Gas Safety Association Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Facility Construction Works (A/B/C classification)
 Also
C. Have an engineer who handles Class 1 or Class 2 refrigerant fluorocarbons.
Note) Regarding A and B
After joining the company, it is necessary for the employee to learn how to handle fluorocarbons as a Class 1/Class 2 refrigerant.
