Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and results-driven talent to join our Foodservice Sales team in Hong Kong as Sales & Marketing Supervisor in our Food Services Team.

As our team member in Foodservice, you take full accountability of the assigned accounts to strategize and implement sales plans with the assigned customer group. Apart from achieving revenue target and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers, you will develop new business and the potential channel growth.

General Responsibilities

  • Strategize and implement sales plans and sales activities for assigned business/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introduction, order taking, marketing initiatives to achieve revenue target
  • Build and maintain long-term growth relationships with clients and key stakeholders, but not limited to handle complaints and follow up customer issues
  • Provide regular sales report and performance analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunity
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with company objectives

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Prior experience in B2B sales is an advantage, particularly within the HORECA or retail sectors.
  • Strong understanding of HORECA and foodservice industry, market dynamics and customer needs
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good command in both written and spoken English & Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
