Description: 

General Responsibilities

  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Prepare stock/order planning, identified OOS/POOS and provide solutions to stake holders
  • Communicate with suppliers and follow up orders/shipments progress
  • Handle supplier invoices for payment settlement
  • Demand review with marketing/client to align 50:50 forecast in future 18 months
  • Visualize non-performance inventory and suggest solutions to sales team/client 
  • Perform inventory projection and highlight risks and opportunities
  • Own inventory, case fill rate and cost as a KPI

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Supply Chain / Logistics / Information System are highly preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of demand/planning experience, preferred in FMCG industry
  • Familiar in using MS Excel, with knowledge in VBA, SQL or Power BI are highly preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
