General Responsibilities
Online Retail Platforms
-
Ensure smooth daily marketplace operation and including product listing, content optimization, customer service, order processing

Handle order fulfillment with supply chain and inventory management

Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
-
Launch optimized online advertisements through Facebook, instagram etc. to increase company and brand awareness
-
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
-
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools
Marketplace
-
Day to Day management of the marketplace function and expanding to new platforms
-
Develop and accelerate own brand sales through new and existing products, while managing relationships with internal stakeholders
-
Monitor and review competitors, market trends and fast-moving products regularly to understand best practices and new opportunities
-
Constantly develop and update knowledge on ecommerce and marketplaces to maintain best practice within FMCG industry
Functional Skills and Knowledge
-
Degree in a business related discipline
-
Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably from eCommerce enabler/platform/brand
-
Knowledge of Facebook Ads and google analytics will be nice to have
-
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Dynamic, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

SAP is a nice to have

Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Excellent written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Education
Degree in a business related discipline
