General Responsibilities
Sales and Promotion:

Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand customer needs and preferences to deliver personalized product recommendations.
Product Knowledge:
Possess a thorough understanding of product ingredients, benefits, and usage. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and industry developments to effectively communicate product value.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels. Use this data to track performance and manage client relationships effectively.
Participation in Events:
Engage in trade shows, promotional events, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and expand your professional network.
Job Requirements
Sales Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with clients and closing sales.
Beauty Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with beauty products and trends is important for providing effective advice and recommendations.
Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently and be goal-oriented is crucial for success in this role.
Experience: 2 - 3 years sales experience, experience to hair or beauty salon is preferred
