Job Responsibilities 工作職責:
- Achieve the sales target of assigned brands and channels; 達成指定品牌和渠道的銷售目標
- Manage all in-store shelfing, promotion activity and ordering; 管理所有店內陳列、促銷活動和訂貨
- Work closely with internal and external parties for sales order placement, inquiries and coordination; 與公司內部和外部各方緊密合作,進行銷售下單, 跟進以及協調訂單
- Work closely with marketing team and execute the marketing plan; 與市場營銷團隊合作,執行市場營銷計劃收集
- Collect market intelligence and feedback to management; 收集並反饋市場資訊準備銷售報告
- Prepare various daily sales reports; 準備銷售報告
Job Requirements 職位要求:
- School Certificate / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or equivalent qualification; 證書 / 高級文憑 / 副學士學位或同等資歷
- 1 - 2 years sales experience in any industry in which FMCG related will be a plus (Recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in sales will also be considered!); 1 - 2 年任何行業的銷售經驗,具有快速消費品相關經驗者優先; 亦會考慮有意從事銷售行業應届畢業生!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 良好的溝通和人際交往能力
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese; 能流利地以廣東話書寫和口語交流
- Good PC skills and enterprise system; 良好的電腦技能和企業系統操作能力
- Highly self-driven and able to work under pressure and independently; 獨立主動,能在壓力下獨立工作
Working hours and benefits 工作時間及待遇 :
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, 8 hours of work each day;
- 星期一至五:上午8時半至下午5時半, 每天工作8小時;
- Fixed base salary + phone allowance + transportation allowance + commission.固定底薪 + 電話津貼+交通津貼 + 佣金
