Job Summary
General Responsibilities

Assist manager to develop and execute product and marketing strategies for the assigned brand(s)

Coordinate and provide administrative support in implementing marketing plans for products and services to achieve business objectives and marketing strategies

Create marketing tools (e.g. leaflets, banners, booth materials, etc.) to ensure effective execution of advertising and promotion activities

Develop forecast and manage stock inventory
-
Maintain records of actual marketing expenditures and supporting documents for comparisons against budget
-
Conduct basic/desk research and systematically compile data for analysis to derive market information
-
Assist in the compilation of marketing information/updates and market research data/analysis as inputs to management report preparation
-
Support business planning with internal/external stakeholders in budgeting, marketing plans development, etc. to align to business priorities
-
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
-
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
-
Demonstrate a basic knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
-
Demonstrate a basic knowledge in the company's products/services and application of marketing principles/practices

Demonstrate fluency in Cantonese and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education
Work experience
-
1 - 2 years' experience in product marketing or below-the-line trade marketing in Pharmaceutical/Consumer Goods products

Fresh Graduate with passion in healthcare industry also welcome!
