Title: Manager/Assistant Manager - Client Management

Job Summary
Lead and manage client accounts to ensure smooth client business integration and drive business growth of clients
General Responsibilities
- Lead trade marketing plan development and execution, as well as promotion evaluation for assigned customers and specific channels
- Plan & track trade marketing performance by reviewing budgets and promotion evaluation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and other functional teams to maximize the synergy amongst marketing plan, and stock availabilities
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Degree in Marketing/Business Management or a related discipline with at least 3-5 years’ experience in trade marketing / retail sales management role preferably in FMCG industry
- Knowledge and understanding of the business and industry, especially product categories and channels
- Proven capabilities in marketing planning, market research and demand forecasting, as well as a sound understanding of customer needs and client marketing needs
- Strong business acumen, analytical and business analysis skills
- Ambitious, assertiveness, self-motivated and result oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation skills and negotiation skills
- Food services background would be nice to have
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Education
- Degree in Marketing/Business Management or a related discipline with at least 3-5 years’ experience in trade marketing / retail sales management role preferably in FMCG industry
