Title:  Manager, Sales Excellence

Job Summary

As the Manager, Sales Excellence, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and lead the team of Master Data Management to ensure a seamless business operation in an efficient and effective way, and support various digital transformation and business re-engineering projects

General Responsibilities

Key Account Management:  

Manage key accounts and grow long-term business relationships with assigned bakery focused customer groups  

Strategize and implement sales plans and sales activities for assigned business/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introduction, order taking, marketing initiatives to achieve sales target  

Manage sales quotation/tender prices, delivery and commercial terms, in accordance with company policies  

Handle customer complaints/issues log and follow up customer issues  

Business Development:  

To develop new business and the potential channel growth  

Sales Analysis:  

Prioritize and review daily sales performance  

Generate sales and customer data for reporting and tracking purposes  

Conduct market research to analyze market and competitors’ information 

Collaboration:  

Work closely with internal stakeholders on sales and inventory forecasts, sales orders delivery 

Job Requirements

Ideally will possess at least 4 years of sales experience in horeca industry  

Network of existing customers and contacts (bakers/chefs/owners/F&B management/purchasing) across bakery industry 

Ambitious, self-motivated and result oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation skills and negotiation skills  

Good command in both written and spoken English & Cantonese  

Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
