Title:  Manager, IT Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities

• Lead an infrastructure team for daily IT operations, administration and maintenance of the data center, network devices, servers, storage, databases, and desktops / laptops.
• Manage, design, develop the system infrastructure including but not limited to LANs, WANs, internet, security, and wireless implementations to ensure a stable IT environment is maintained.
• Establish and implement the IT policies and procedures for Infrastructure and Operations.
• Collaborate with global IT team and vendors to implement global and local IT infrastructure projects.
• Provide helpdesk support services and training to the end users.
• Negotiate the external vendors and contractors for infrastructure-specific products and services.
• Lead the IT procurement management process covering IT hardware, software, and service.
• Participate IT audits are required.
• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure budget.

Job Requirements

• Degree in computer science or IT related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cloud infrastructure, virtualization platform management, backup & recovery administration, disaster recovery planning, Information security administration, Data Center & IT service management, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall management and network security and Windows server administration.
• Practical experience of technical and security configuration, operation and administration in Windows OS, Active Directory, AAD, Microsoft 365, Domain Group Policy, Networking, security devices (firewall, IPS/IDS, etc.) are essential.
• Professional IT certifications will be an advantage.
• Hand-on Cloud environment & setup such as Azure, AWS will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet scheduled deliverables and commitments while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, vendor management and project management skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese.
